We are a family business with over 20 years of tradition and hundreds of happy clients that, we too, call family. The building was built in 2001 by our father, right next door to where he grew up in the 60s and 70s of previous decade.

 

The idea was to create a place where everyone would feel a little like home. We have 39 fully furnished apartments and 45 parking places in a walking distance from the heart of the city - The Main Market Square (Rynek Główny). 

Our policy is "flexibility and comfort". All you need to settle in is your personal belongings. All apartments have comfortable beds and large wardrobes, a place to work with free wireless internet connection, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and bidet, central heating, TV and more in fresh, cozy interiors.

In the modern world where everything is changing rapidly, we don't force you to stay in one place forever. Our rental agreement is pretty flexible and gives you full freedom to move in and out whenever you want to. Maybe you figured out you will stay for a month to see how life in Kraków feels like, but then you decide to stay for 5 more years? No problem! Or maybe you move in with intention to stay for a year, but after three months you decide you'd like to make a career in Singapore or try living by the wild, Canadian coast? That's great to hear! We're here to make it as smooth and easy for you as possible.

The only trick is that we don't accept pets and won't allow smoking inside the premises. We are a little crazy when it comes to cleanliness. In fact, you will get a free cleaning service every second week. How comfortable is that?
